I have spent over 30 years at the nexus of digital. Working inside some of the most iconic agencies and disruptive start-ups. My passion for building and creating, running towards challenges, and curiosity have guided me to places I couldn't have imagined but always felt at home when I arrived.

I have had the good fortune to work with some incredible brands - from F500 to early dotcoms; helping to shape how they connect with the people that are most important to them, their customers (past, present, and future), and finding innovative & creative ways to grow their business by whatever is the most meaningful metric (sales, growth, recall, 'fans').

 
 

PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT

Created breakthrough product offerings, including user experience framework, ecosystem structural plan, and OPEN consumer-centric marketing framework. Led product development of Blueprint & “Live” modules of PHD’s Source operating system, including briefing, functional spec, and review of wireframes & staging. (PHD) Oversaw product development, pricing, marketing budgets, and sales objectives. Managed all outside agency and vendor relationships. (improv technologies)

 
 

STRATEGY TRANSFORMATION

Authored Home Depot Digital Roadmap, conducted 50 stakeholder interviews, designed digital consumer journey from project planning through in-store/ecommerce and post-purchase social engagement.  (Initiative) Developed Business and Marketing plans for Babelgum, video platform start-up, including competitive analysis, market assessment and consumer go-to-market plan (agency.com) Advised micropayment start-up, music product design firm (soundscreen design), online publishing company (fabric magazine)  

 
 

ORGANIZATIONAL DEVELOPMENT

Introduced “Connected Agency” positioning, vision, way-of-working process and rollout of new organizational structure . Reorganized entire Digital department. Formed Innovation and creative media practice (PHD) Developed NY Transformation Roadmap to address staffing/retention issues, employee satisfaction, training and career & product development (initiative) Advised on how to develop the  Marketing Organization of the Future, addressing structural and capability needs.
